I seen those that float with a gauge on the very top,so you don't have to take out of the water to read.any body have one of these?
Anybody recommend a good floating thermometer for pond
Never saw one like that. Mine I have on a string to pull it up and look at it. It does float at the water level. Sure are handy and very cheap.
yes had one like that but algae got so bad,couldn't read it,tried to clean it and after getting the algae off it was all fuzzy,vinegar kind of destroyed the plastic,judt don't want to go thru all that again,son has one floating for his pool with a wireless remote inside his house made by acurite,but can't find one for ponds.
I just swipe algae off with a clean rag.
Wouldn't the acurite one for pool work in a pond.
Thats what I was wondering if any on Daves has used one in there pond.
