I just opened a jar of pickled sausage and veggies. I have to say pretty darn good. I didn't look up my recipe for this I took it off one of the threads maybe this one. I did not use pickeling spices because I hate picking them off when I eat the concoction. LOL a lazy grazer. 4 cups vinegar 1 cup water boil and pour over your jar, cap tightly and turn jar upside down and let set until it seals. No canning needed unless you use raw sausage. Pretty easy.
