I ground some spelt berries last night and made a loaf of spelt bread. Personally, I don't care for the texture of breads that don't have egg in them. Is there a reason that the recipes I found for spelt bread don't have egg? I think I may just try adding one next time unless there is a reason not to. We have no egg allergies here.
