I live in Northern California and we're in the midst of on-going drought. Due to lack of rain and water rationing, we've had to remove our front lawn and are completely re-landscaping front yard. I was considering planting Hosta's in a shaded area of our yard.
Our neighbor next door was born and raised in Wisconsin. After retiring he purchased a cabin for several years in Tomahawk and we visited him at the lake. We had never been to Wisconsin prior and had never experienced hearing the crickets and seeing so many bugs at night time. One thing, I won't forget, the world's best fish & chips and Cheese!
