Opposite leaf arrangement, pink 4 sectioned fruit. I grabbed this branch from the edge of my kid's school playground from a slim tree perhaps 7 or 8 feet tall.
Does this branch show enough to ID?
Pink Fruit?
the fruit may be weird enough all on its own. Euonymus, but I think NOT americanus which would have a rough surface
try europeaus or atropurpureus
Thanks sallyg! The fruit is apparently poisonous for those interested.
