Hi Tuckersmom-I did not collect any seeds from my 'Fireworks', but there must be about a billion capsules out in the yard. Of course, it is a cultivar that is propagated vegetatively, so the offspring could vary a lot but if you wanted some I could collect some seeds tomorrow.I think they would have time to dry before the Robin arrives.

(Patti) Wichita, KS(Zone 6b)

LOL Pistil. A billion? I just need a few. I would love it if you could retrieve some seeds for me.

I don't know too many people that are looking for Goldenrod – but I am. ROTFL. Variations are cool. 😊

I am willing to bet they will have time to dry if the robin is going to start flying on the East Coast. That's just an uneducated guess though.

Thank you so very much!
Patti

(Robin) Blissfield, MI(Zone 6a)

Of course I would, I'm a gardener. That's how we roll : )

Natick, MA

Edited this list 11/26/15; items carried up to my previous wish list, so it's all in one place
(Sorry, didnt realize I could have added to my original wish list)

Greensburg, PA

Wow! I just found out that I can harvest seeds from my shrubby potentilla and that they are quite easy to germinate, according to http://www.perennials.com/content/saving-and-starting-perennial-seeds/ Hope it's ok to share a link to a different website! :-) So I will be going out to harvest these seeds today and will have plenty to share in the Robin. If anyone wants some set aside, let me know!

Ocean Springs, MS

Robin, please save some Hibiscus cannabinus 'Amethyst' for me. Thanks, Julie

Kelleybee, I'd love to have some of your ornamental grass seeds and tulip poplar.

I'll be adding some gourd seeds and some veggie seeds to the box. I'll add to my list as soon as life calms down. Thanks

Greensburg, PA

Happily, I do have pontentilla seeds! Yeah! I was worried I got to the bush too late. I've also got vinca flower seeds, too.

Sure, froggies_girl, I will set aside seed package for you of each. :-) They may have their little tufts still attached to them, but I don't believe that will matter since that is the way they were designed to travel, anyway. Is my memory correct and your name is Kathy?

How does this Robin work if someone wants seeds you have but the box has already been to their house?

I'm also wanting the following, as I have a huge wall I'd like to drape with cascading plants:
Aubretia
weeping/trailing rosemary
creeping Jenny
rockcress of any color

-Kelley

Natick, MA

Kelley,
I'd love some of your potentilla.

Sorry, i can't accomodate on the new seeds you requested from me..those are on my WANT list, not HAVE list :o)

If you are trading with someone who has already had the robin, you're supposed to mail your trade to them. Unless they are on the 2nd round, and dont mind waiting til March or later

Val

Greensburg, PA

Val, thank you for pointing out my faux pas! I will remove that from my previous post. Also, I will definitely send some potentilla seeds your way.

Robin, I'd be interested in Strawberry Spinach & Berlandiera lyrata (Chocolate Daisy) if you have some still available.

MidWestFarmWife, I would love to try your Cypress Vine - Red/White, Nigella and Mexican Sunflower if you've still seeds available.

Nanny23, if possible, I would enjoy trying you Cardinal Lobelia & Liatris spicata?

Thank you! :-)

Kelley

(Robin) Blissfield, MI(Zone 6a)

Got ya Froggies_girl, I've got some 2013 H. Mighty Big Pink and H. Kopper King also if you're interested. I can also include some older Clematis vitalba and new Daylily Ruby Stella.

Kelley, I'd love some of your Potentilla too if you have enough. Are you also interested in white Foxglove? Got your Chocolate and Strawberry (good combination, lol). I can share some Beets, Heirloom Tomatoes and Aubrieta.

Greensburg, PA

Robin, sure, I will set aside Potentilla for you and yes, I'd enjoy Foxglove. I've never grown it from seed, so would like the challenge. Also, I would gladly accept the beets, tomatoes and aubrieta. :-) Kel

Natick, MA

Kelley, no biggie.. :0)
I am doing 2nd round of robin if you want to potential in the robin for me. Thanx much

Natick, MA

Kelley, foxglove wintersows wonderfully!

Winston Salem, NC

I stopped by A.B. Seeds at the Greensboro Farmers Market, and lo-and-behold there was a basket of seeds labeled "free with purchase" by the cash register. I told the cashier I didn't want to be piggish, but could I buy some extras to tuck in the Robin? She said just to take them. I'll add to the Robin when it arrives:

*Snapdragons, Tetra Ruffled Supreme Mix
*Mammoth Table Queen/Royal Acorn Squash
*Burpee Big Boy Hybrid Tomatoes
*Morning Glory Choice Mix
*Tarragon
*Opal Basil (purple)
*Swiss Giant Mix Pansy
*Sweet Pea Perennial Mix
