Grinding your own wheat

Monroe, WI(Zone 4b)

I am interested and n grinding my own flour for bread, mostly, though I would probably try it for other baked goods.

Has anyone here done that? If so, what is your mill of choice? I realize I would have to only grind as I need it, and any whole wheat would have to be kept in the freezer.
