Clock time always off 1 Hr. in tool bar.

The time that shows on the lower tool bar is ALWAYS an hour ahead.

I have gone to Control Panel and adjusted it--"applied it"--and 'saved it"

I have done the same thing by just R-clicking on the time and fixing it that way.
It works for a day or so--and then goes back to being one hour ahead.

Is there anything I can do that I have not done yet??
