I have 2 of the "Blue Star". (Pic below was taken earlier this week of one of them).
I like them a lot. They bloom for a long time, not bothered by pests and don't require supplemental water.
But more often I see in nurseries the Boltonia asteroides "Jim Crockett" and although I have never see 'BStar' right next to 'Crockett' I bet would have difficulty telling them apart.
Any idea how they compare and contrast?
