I love agastaches!

Whenever I find something that deer don't like I try to plant every variety I can. Here are three agastaches that are standouts in my garden. I took these pictures today.

1. 'Golden Jubilee' with allium 'Pulchellum'
2. 'Tango' ( left side of picture)
3. 'Rosie Posie' (new for me this year)

Those are beautiful. How many of them do you think will come back this year? I know the Golden Jubilee but are the other ones hardy or are they 'hardy'?

I really don't know. I'll let you know next year.

Haha...alright. Dollars to doughnuts the Golden Jubilee comes back, my bet is the orange one dies for sure and I'll give the red one a 50/50. I hope you tell me I'm wrong next year so I can go buy them myself..LOL. You'll have a better chance if they are in VERY well drained soil, something to dissipate the winter wet. I had a red one last through the bad winter of 13-14 but it tapped out last winter. My orange one died its first winter. This is one thing that frustrates me to no end because I'll bet their nursery tags say hard zones 5-9. It's such a crock.
