Non sealing water bath pickles sealed in fridge

I have a jar of pickles that I made a few days ago that did not seal after being processed in the water bath. After they cooled off I put them in the fridge and today I went to open them to eat them for lunch and they are sealed tighter than a drum. Can I remove them from the fridge and put them on the shelf for storage now? They have not been opened since being processed.
