Apple Tree Black rot

Altus, OK(Zone 7b)

help! We have 3 apple trees(Granny Smith, Winesap and Johnathon) that are finally producing apples and are still green. I noticed that many of the apples are now getting the tell tale "bulls eye" red spot and after Google research it is 'black rot'. (See attached picture). After further inspection, the leaves show signs also. We are in the far southwest corner of Oklahoma and actually had a real spring...rain and all. I know this winter we will do some major housecleaning on the trees but my question is....is there anything we can do now to save the apples that are not yet affected (until they're ready to pick)? I'm not sure on fungicides, plus if the apples can be eaten after spraying. Or is it already too late for this season?
Thank you for any information that can be provided.
