Last October when my order of bulbs arrived I was ill so my son put them in the cool dry storage and I forgot them. Today (21 Jun 15) I discovered them and they seem OK, not dried out or rotted. Should I plant them now? I am in the Seattle area and their intended spot is cool and partly shaded.
should I plant these tulips now?
I would do it. If I lived in a hot locale I would probably keep them in storage until fall, but the PNW is so much milder than most places I think they might be fine, and have plenty of time still this year to grow and go dormant.
Thanks Pistil. I'm going to give them a try!
