I planted mint from seeds in a small pot, and after realizing they were too overcrowded, i replanted them in a much bigger pot. After couple of weeks all the leaves are having these brown spots, and the plant doesnt have the nice mint smell at all :( I watered it quite frequently, and its outside on the south facing balcony, so it gets full sun all day. What is happening to the plant? Can i still save it or should I just start my mint project over?
Thanks so much!
Mint leaves having brown/black spots
I am not sure what the spots are, but mint will keep on living through almost everything.
So maybe I should just cut it back and take all the diseased leaves off, and it will be alright? :)
Won't hurt anything to cut it back.
No mint fragrance is odd. Ought to be able to smell mint across the room, once you bruise a leaf.
