Decorating without wall damage

Mom recently moved to a nursing home. I want to have lots of family pictures in the room, but she is not allowed to hang anything that will cause wall damage. There are a lot of "static cling" art posters available but I can't find a place to order custom ones (attention entrepreneurs!) Does anyone know of a place that I can upload photos and get a custom wall decal ( no stickiness), or better solution?
