Stubborn roof leak

Hi. I wonder if anybody could come up with an idea or maybe recommend a knowledgeable specialist in the Nashville area. We are having an ongoing problem with water coming presumably from the roof. The roof has been replaced and patched since, gutters replaced, space between ceiling and roof inspected. A large section of the wall is ruined, also some paintings that were on the wall, and recently this hardware holding curtain rods started falling out of the wall. Several repair crews have worked on it. It starts leaking again every time. The repair people act a little strange actually, like even refusing to see the damage. It looks terrible actually, and we are getting desperate here. A lot of money went into it already and the living room is still unusable. Thank you for any insights. Katya.
