Excuse me for venting, please. I keep giving up on pork, trying it again, over and over without success. Maybe it is just a US thing but the pork producers have switched to breeds that have way less fat. What is the answer people? Forget telling me to wrap it in bacon and/or marinades. Yes, I love pulled pork and with my new pressure cooker it is easy to make. But, unless you turn it into BBQ, it also seems "boring, " IMO. I did happen across some nice boneless spare ribs that had some decent marbling in them (and tasted great.) But even going back to that same store has not allowed me to find more. Any thoughts? Gene
