I need help for a birdwatching study

I'm studying Birdwatching Tourism and its various categories and I would really appreciate if you could spare me a few minutes of your time to help me understand this better, I'll be brief :)

When you book a travel/stay in which your main goal is the birdwatching, what are the most important factors in choosing a location?

What about the Hotel, what do you value the most?

What kind of activities do you value the most?

What was the best experience you had so far? Why?

What was the maximum price you payed for a package/stay (per day/night)? Would you recomend it?

Sadly, my main goal is never just bird-watching because I am the only Bird-watcher in the family. So I would look for bird-watching near some other tourist attraction.

In a hotel, we like breakfast included. The other meals we usually eat somewhere else.

And if the weather is hot, we like air-conditioning. If hot water is only available at certain times of day, we want that clearly explained in advance.

Price varies with our personal financial situation, and with the exchange rate - it is hard to give a number.
