Red Sore Throat Soother
2 parts hibiscus
2 parts rooibos
1 part elderberries
1 part rose hips
1 part bilberries
1 part lychii berries
Infuse for 10 minutes.
Sweeten with honey
I love fennel!
Cough And Cold Reliever
1 ½ ounces of fennel seeds
1 ounce of dandelion leaves
1 ounce of mullein flowers
Use 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs per cup of boiling water. Steep the mixture for 10 minutes and strain. Sweeten the tea with 1 teaspoon of honey to enhance its expectorant effect. (Never give raw honey to an infant.)
