Foxtail leaves spotted

I have a 10 foot foxtail planted in the yard last summer. It did great thru the winter
Live south Texas. It has developed leaves with spots on it. What wrong and what do I need to do?
Help?

looks like cold damage with secondary fungal infection (opportunistic)
