I found this expired yogurt in my fridge. It is now 45 da old so can I still eat it? Yogurt has a sour taste to it, so other than taste, was are potential dangers? Conventional wisdom would say that there is an exp for a reason, but I can't seem to find one. If you know, post here.
Also post what to do with it other than throw in the trash.
PS: it has happened more than once that I are exp yogurt and nothing happened but it was only a few days past.
