Finally...spring is almost here! And after the winter so many of us have experienced, I think we're all going to welcome it with open arms.

Tonight we'll enjoy open-faced Reuben sandwiches in honor of St. Patrick's Day. (Which reminds me, I should go put on something green before I get pinched.)
