I was at the Phila Flower Show last week and saw the Voodoo Lilies on display. I thought "I have one of them" second thought was "where did I put it". So when I got home I went upstairs where I over winter bulbs and a few dormant plants and there it was. Right where I put it last Fall, and then completely forgot about it. Didn't check on it, didn't water it, didn't give it even a second thought. This highly interesting plant was 3ft tall, happy as could be and putting out a bloom . I brought it downstairs to the living area and started watering it and it has put on another ft and the bloom has opened. So glad that it was warm enough to put on the patio today as it is very odoriferous today.
This is what it looked like when I brought it downstairs.

Voodoo Lily
Really Beautiful!!
My amorphaphallus haven't started to wake up yet. Beautiful flower, stinky odor for a couple days though.

I'd love to see pics of it when it does.
