Sunroom project

I just found this forum and thought maybe some of you might like seeing our sunroom project that we did last fall.

We had an old porch on our house that had a falling-in roof, so hubby took it down about 40 years ago. There was a cement slab out there that we had thought about doing a sunroom addition quite a few years ago. Due to issues with zoning and septic, we gave that up. 4 years ago everyone in the county had to have their septic up to code, which necessitated us having to put in a whole new system.

That led to thinking about doing a sunroom again. We still had to placate zoning, since to square up the house line put us 68.6 feet from the center of the county road centerline..........requirement is 75. Got the ok from zoning (they just wanted our non-refundable $400.00).
