uploading phone camera pics issue

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and when I try to upload pics from it to my laptop, the laptop doesn't "find" the phone. The one time it did, it only found a few preloaded pics.

So I downloaded "MobileGo" which was supposed to enable the download. The app is junk and only worked one time!

So what do I have to do in order to get my pics off my phone? The laptop I'm using is a Lenovo with IE8.1
