Hot point Fridge - Freezer is Freezing!

This fridge is an extra in our garage. The thermometer in the freezer shows the temp to be 10 degrees.
Is that the appropriate temperature? Should I turn it up to say 15-20 as we only keep. Read and rolls in it? Would turning the temp up cut down on our electric bill.
