A Very Yummy GRAPE SALAD

This has been very popular when I have taken it to Church pot-luck dinners~!


BEST GRAPE SALAD
Ingredients
o 2 lbs green seedless grapes
o 2 lbs red seedless grapes
o
8 ounces sour cream
o 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
o 1/2 cup granulated sugar (I used powdered sugar)
o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
Topping Ingredients:
o 1 cup brown sugar, packed,
o 1 cup crushed pecans,
Directions
1. Wash and stem grapes.
2. Set aside .drain well
3. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla by hand until blended.
4. Stir grapes into mixture, and pour in large serving bowl.(I used an 11 by 13 baking dish)
5. For topping: Combine brown sugar, and crushed pecans.
6. Sprinkle over top of grapes to cover completely.
7. Chill overnight.
