My nephew has some olive eggers he got as a gift from an uncle. He got his first olive egg yesterday and he has a question. Do olive eggers breed true? I had not thought about it before so I did not know. I am hoping some of you know so I can pass on the information to him.
A breeding question
I don't think very many of the hybrid chickens breed true - think of the sex-linked varieties, for example. So I would guess the olive-eggers would produce a number of different offspring. I hope he lets them breed and posts the results!
