Best Time to start...........

am looking for information on the best time to start germinating seeds in these states:

Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

I am in a seed train swap and need as much info about the East coast and planting times etc. I live in California and don't want to send seeds if they are going to get damaged due to the cold weather

You can send seeds to Virginia on South safely this time of year.
In my opinion, seeds are pretty hardy and as ,long as they are dry, they can stand a decent amount of cold.
