use a solar pool heat cover to raise garden bed temp ?

Hi all .I think I am in the right area.

I have raised ( 2 ft tall ) garden beds. At an auction I picked up 12 mil, 16 ft x 32 ft solar inground pool heat covers . Is it possible to take the inground solar pool covers & put them on my raised beds to raise the soil temp ? Or use the solar covers over my bed hoops instead of my regular plastic so I can plant earlier.?

It is normal here to not be able to inground plant until the beginning - middle of June.
