Anyone else want to do this with me??? I have a goal- I want to be down (at least) 5 pounds by Valentine's Day. I think that's a perfectly reasonable goal. I started a program called Slim in 6 and I'm drinking shakes as meal replacements. I'd love to hear what programs you want to use or are using. Let's support each other!
