Sad news....

Hi,
I was asked by a fellow ex-DG'er (JB) if I would pass along the news that
Dave Walton passed away yesterday--Dec. 28, 2014.
JB knew to say that he was a Hosta fanatic--so I thought I would
let everyone here know.

His wife, Kim, had posted it on Facebook, but not sure if she let anyone
know of Dave's death on DG. He lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I did not know Dave--as I spend most of my time on the Mid Atlantic Forum.

Please pass this information along to anyone who would have known Dave Walton.

Yes--I just found out from JB.

It was "pugbear"---- I sure have seen it around.

Thanks Gita and you others.. Yes, we continued to use Pughbear for a long time after he quit the thread, just hoping he would join us again. We did find out about it the other day. Poor Dave dealt with so much pain that I am sure his passing was a relief. Jeanette
