I know, it's December, but I still have Padrone & Tiberon Peppers in my garden. Expecting a huge rain storm beginning Wednesday night, so I need to know pretty soon if I can just pop them in the freezer? Do their skins HAVE to be scorched first? Do I need to seed them and or cut them up? I realize, that at this point, they will be used for flavoring, only.
