What program to schedule volunteers?

I am going to take over the scheduling of volunteers for a weekly free dinner /clothing distribution@ my parish. 30 + people in 4 -5 different tasks: serving tables, kitchen crew, dish washers, & clothing helpers every week.

I will e-mail out the new schedule every Tuesday.

What is the best program to use? I am clueless.
