Pest or Fungus?

Panama City Beach, FL(Zone 9a)

What are these spots?? Just noticed them today, orchid has been living outside, just moved indoors for the winter - not sunburn, not live animal, seems to be "inside" the leaves?? Any thoughts - is it life threatening? Should I remove the infected leaves? Plant is growing and starting to send out flower spike - thanks, Lisa

I don't grow a lot of Phal. but do have hundreds of orchids. I have never seen anything quite like that. My first thought is some sort of chemical burn, perhaps grains of fertilizer or pesticide that dried on that leaf, but that is nothing more than a guess. I sent you a D-Mail.

Wow, that is weird. All I can say is that I wouldn't do anything to it while it's trying to flower....have you identified that yet?

I know some sprays can't be used on hot days, sunny days, or particularly cool days...
