I planted some "Anemone" corms in September (Costco bulbs) and I have noticed for the past few weeks that many have come through the soil showing significant foliage. Does this make sense?
(I think I see this also with my established "Muscari" ie foliage coming up in the Fall)

Some show foliage in the FALL?
Normal. Has it been ususually warm in your area lately? Don't worry about it.
Thanks 'tommy'. I wasnt worried...just a bit surprised. I haven't seen this happen for daffs for example.
Valerie Finnis muscari does this in fall.
