Somebody can help me with the ID of this very annoying weed?

Looks like an Ipomoea, Morning Glory, a relative of Sweet Potato. The weed ones can be very difficult to get rid of.

The flower will tell the Genus.
I had a closer look and now I'd say it's Operculina aequisepala, or O. turpethum. The flowers are white, typical Convolvulaceae shape, but smaller than some of the Ipomoea.
You have hit the nail on the head tropicbreeze: the O. turpethum! Although I have had no flowers until to-day I was digging in my files and found these.

No worries. They do get quite weedy. If you can water them durng the dry season they rot.
