I read somewhere, here, that someone had a very leggy, not full Brug. They just cut it back and it did well. Some thoughts on this, please.

Cutting back Brugs
Brugs like to be cut back, as they bloom mostly on new wood. If possible, cut above the first Y, so it has adult plant material and will flower sooner. Cutting below the first Y will produce a longer trunk, that will have to Y again before blooming.
Most of mine grow in full. But I do have one that seems to put out branches more the blooms and laves.
