YOUR BEST COLEUS

Mount Laurel, NJ

Post here, your best or favorite coleus. If you don't know the name, it's ok, a picture will do. Tell us also what you like about it.

I'll start with 'redhead'. It's a good performer, does well in sun or shade and stays the same for most of the season. It grows fast and gets big. It's easy to propagate and seems to more resistant to bugs and molding than some other varieties.

It's clear maroon leaves make a nice statement almost anyplace in the garden.

Hmm, trying to upload, but no upload options appearing. I'll try later.

El Brighto and Bonnie Gold are both like gems in the garden here...along with many others.

Not coleus but variegated pointsetta from the Christmas before. Probably real cheap right now. Red stems are a bonus.
