Beef and peppers are stir fried with a few other ingredients, then placed on
a nest, or bed, of potatoes that have been submerged in vegetable oil, held
in place with a kitchen utensil known as a 'spider'.
Very easy to do, and such a beautiful dish to serve to guests.
