Help please: Wood pellet heater vs. wood stove

I just built an addition to my kitchen/dining room that is approximately 1000 sq. feet. I have antiques and wanted to buy a cast iron pot belly stove to heat the addition. Problem: I am unable to cut wood for myself; my daughter has a 6 month-old baby who will be mobile soon; cost of installation and maintenance; fuel efficiency. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should buy based on my concerns? Thanks for any help you can give me?
