Can stain glass mural be winterized by staying outside?

Mural using stain glass has been glued on a double thermal pane window.
Marine glue (made for outside weather conditions) was used to glue down stain glass pieces.
Grout for outside ceramic tiles was applied.

Will this mural survive a Canadian winter?
Can it be covered and if so how to survive winter outside?
Approximately 8 feet by 2 feet.
