I have been putting together quilt tops for a few years and am hoping to actually be able to complete some this year. Could you all give me a recommendation for batting? I've used the polyester before for quilted vests for my nieces and there were so many whiskers coming through the fabrics, they looked hairy!
I've been thinking of buying a roll of batting (even though I don't know if it will save any money), just for the convenience as I live about 2 hours from the nearest Quilt or fabric shop. Has anyone worked with the Warm and White or warm & natural cottons from Jo-Anns? Do you have any other cotton or non whiskery poly Brand that you like to use?
