A couple of weeks ago I went to visit my sister in Albany, New York. I bought some Apple Corn Salsa that was terrific! It was sold under a label called JNB which is manufactured by a company called Glen Industries. The company is based in Watkins Glen, New York. Anyhow I'll write down the list of ingredients.
tomatoes
tomato juice
salt, calcium
chloride, citric acid
corn
apples
black beans
vinegar
onions
butter, olive oil, sugar
cilantro
lime juice
garlic
jalapeno pepper
I have not been able to find a canning recipe that is close to this. Does anyone have a recipe that is close to or like this? I love the corn, apple and black bean combination.
