My sister resently died in an accident and her name was Deborah Jean. I am desperately looking for a dahlia of same name. All i can find is the following"1962 *Deborah Jean – H 2412 B IC FL Harry Allyn". If anyone can give me info I would be forever grateful.

The major list we refer to in order to locate a dahlia we want is the Big List Locator but there isn't any Deborah Jean shown, sorry. I tried to copy and paste the link but it isn't working this morning.

I sent a note off to the Connetticut Dahlia Society. They show the hybridizer as a member in the '60's and also a past president. I inquired if they had any idea on where or if this plant was still in circulation. Been a long time unless it became an 'old favorite' which does not seem to be the case. I will let you know what (if) they respond.
