Plant ID Shrub or small Tree

Can't id this shrub or small tree. Milky sap. No visible flowers. Some pink tinges on new growth.
Grows in shade or sun. Local man called it Pascal, but can't find it on google.

Maybe a Euphorbia. The flowers would be tiny.

Or maybe a Ficus, Fig. It would have a drupelet type fruit.

Can you show any more details?
