Hi,
I planted my peas late in the season so I wonder if it couldn't be some sort of problem w the heat and water uptake. But, now I don't think so bc the leaves are becoming discolored and look misshapen. Idk...could y'all take a look and give me your best guess as to whether this is an insect or a disease? And if you know what it is it would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you,
Lisa
Pea Plants - Insect or Disease?
They do look like they were stressed for water at one point. Enough to brown the leaves and growing point, but there is some strong recovery happening at the base.
I see some black dots on one leaf. Is the just soil from being dug up? Or is it bug poop?
If it is still too hot for peas I would rig up some shade in the hottest part of the day.
