Concerned about my Phoenix Sylvestris

Cocoa West, FL

I hope that this is easy have a Phoenix Sylvestris that has about 7 feet of wood. I am seeing yellow spots on many of the leaflets. Another thing that I am seeing is the new growth looks to be brown and drooping... a couple have fallen. I hope that it just needs some manganese...or magnesium. I typically just give it fish emulations and it has been doing good up until now. I have though...seen the yellow spots for 6 months + and have not addressed the situation. Any help would be appreciated...would hate to loose this plant.

If yellow spots only on oldest leaves, possibly potassium deficiency. If randomly spread about, possibly magnesium
