Last Fall my neighbor sprayed a product called Repels-All around the eves of his house to deter the woodpeckers from their assault. We haven't had a woodpecker or pigeon since. He got it at Lowe's.
I found a pigeon repellent that works
Oh yeah - it contains dried blood. Bird blood I assume : )
