The dates:
Your choices must be posted
by July 15, 2014, midnight EDT.
If changes are necessary, do it in
a new post of this thread to prevent
confusion.
To protect your personal information,
once you have posted your selections,
you will be contacted personally
and asked for your mailing/shipping
address, phone number, and email
address.
Payments must be received by August 1. 2014.
Shipping will begin October 6, 2014.
You have the option to choose a later shipping
date if needed. If you have a preferred shipping
date, you must notify us by Auguest 1. 2014.
